About the Role
n
As an Experienced Graduate of Architecture, you will play an active role in the design, documentation and delivery of projects across a range of sectors.
n




You will work closely with senior team members and consultants to develop thoughtful, practical and well-resolved architectural outcomes, while gaining exposure to projects from early design through to construction.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with the design, development and documentation of architectural projects across commercial, residential, education, infrastructure and inclusive design sectors.
n
Prepare and contribute to DA, CC and CDC documentation packages.
n
Develop high-quality architectural drawings, presentations, documentation and design material.
n
Assist with detailed documentation, detailing and construction information.
n
Coordinate architectural documentation with engineers, consultants, certifiers, clients and relevant authorities.
n
Participate in client meetings, design workshops and project coordination meetings.
n
Assist with planning and design responses in accordance with relevant controls and requirements.
n
Contribute to project delivery while maintaining strong design, technical and documentation standards.
n
Work collaboratively with the broader project team to resolve design and documentation issues.
n
Take initiative in progressing tasks and meeting project deadlines.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Bachelor's and Master's qualification in Architecture.
n




3–5 years of professional experience within an architectural practice.
n
Strong proficiency in Archicad & TwinMotion.
n
Good understanding of Australian building regulations, planning processes and construction methodologies.
n
Strong design, documentation and architectural detailing skills.
n
Experience preparing documentation for planning and construction approvals.
n
Strong attention to detail and a high standard of drawing and documentation quality.
n
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing tasks independently.
n
A proactive, practical and solution-focused approach to design and project delivery.
n
Genuine interest in architecture, design quality and the delivery of well-resolved projects.
