The Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Hospitality Supervisor to join our team, primarily based in Careening Cove Anchorage (CCA) – our relaxed, family-friendly waterfront dining venue.
n
Working alongside an experienced hospitality team, you'll lead by example on the floor, supporting daily operations while ensuring every member and guest enjoys exceptional service. This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, inspire their team and help create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps members coming back.

About the role
n
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during service
n
Deliver outstanding member and guest experiences every day
n
Support the day-to-day operations of CCA
n
Coach, train and develop team members
n
Ensure high standards of service, presentation and cleanliness
n




Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hospitality team
n
About you
n
Previous hospitality supervisory experience
n
A positive, hands-on leadership style
n
Excellent communication and team-building skills
n
Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
n
Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
n
This is a full time position offering the chance to work in one of Sydney's most picturesque waterfront locations, within a supportive team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
