CTM is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to support Finance Transformation by mapping day-to-day processes, identifying inefficiencies, and documenting SOPs. You will work with frontline teams and the Finance Transformation group to implement practical improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in continuous improvement with exposure to finance or back-office processes, and a degree in Business, Finance, or Commerce.
