About The Role
n
Due to continued growth and success of the Milwaukee brand, we are seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our busy team at our new state of the art DC in Tullamarine.
n
The main function of this crucial role will be to support and provide ongoing assistance to the warehouse management team with the administrative components of the onsite WMS-SAP EWM ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of all products to our customers within agreed timelines. This role will be responsible for day-to-day trouble shooting and rectifying any system issues raised within the scope of the role.

Reporting directly to the DC Warehouse Team Leader duties will include:
n
Ensure all orders, are maintained in the work bank for pick and despatch,
in line with the agreed workflow and lead times to achieve a high level of customer experience
n
Ensure that the team members are allocated effectively into work groups to achieve consistent cost-effective workflow and to maintain KPI's
n
Follow the agreed system processes and procedures in line with the customer Business Unit and Service Level Agreements
n
Analyse data and review the first level workflow and escalated issues to the leading team
n
Support the Leading Hands and Team Leaders to direct their teams to close out despatch, observing partial picks and inventory held order issues
n
Ensure work in the work bank is always maintained to ensure continual flow of Picking and packing of daily orders to achieve daily despatch timelines
n
Drive replenishment work out and create loads for the relevant Team ID's to allow regular manifesting of all BU's
n
Support the team leaders in training new staff on Voice, Rf scanning and WMS-MLS processes

About YOU
n
Ideally you will have a proven background in a similar fast paced Warehouse/WMS Admin role supporting a busy team within a large DC environment and the below skills and attributes:
n
The ideal candidate will have SAP EWM experience in a large DC environment.
n
Previous experience in Voice Pick or RF equipment use
n
Solid skills in Microsoft Office; Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word
n
Experiencing working with a warehouse management system driving pick and despatch
n
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Good ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
n
Team player who is committed to safety
n
Strong analytical skills
