Converged Technology Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a client-focused Helpdesk/Service Desk specialist to act as the first point of contact for post-project support. You will own incoming tickets, coordinate resolution and keep clients updated on progress.

Ideally you have robust communication skills, experience with ticketing platforms (Autotask preferred) and the ability to manage multiple tickets with accuracy. This is a long-term role with growth opportunities.
