You'll be speaking with warm/hot inbound leads — people who have already enquired about our courses — and helping them find the right path to kick-start their real estate careers.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with inbound student enquiries and convert them into enrolments.
n
Listen, understand, and match each student with the right real estate course.
n
Follow up and nurture warm leads to maximise conversions.
n
Build rapport and create a memorable, supportive experience that turns students into long-term advocates.
n
Collaborate with the marketing and enrolments teams to refine our sales process and improve outcomes.
n
Track results and share insights — we love new ideas and initiative.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales or enrolments, ideally in education, property, or similar service industries.

A genuine people-person who thrives on building rapport and helping others succeed.

Excellent communication and listening skills — confident on the phone and email.
