Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced operational leader to join a leading healthcare provider as Head of Operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will act as the second-in-command across a multi-site network, leading operational performance, supporting site leadership teams, and driving excellence in patient access, service delivery, compliance, and workforce performance. This is a high-profile leadership position offering the opportunity to influence strategic and operational outcomes across a geographically diverse healthcare network.

Key responsibilities
n
Lead operations across multiple healthcare sites throughout WA
n
Act as deputy to the General Manager and key member of the leadership team
n
Drive operational efficiency, patient access and service turnaround times
n
Coach, mentor and support Site Managers and Operational Leaders
n
Partner with clinical leaders to ensure quality, safety and compliance standards are maintained
n
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimise operational performance across the network
n
Foster a positive,



high-performing culture focused on patient outcomes and service excellence
n
About you
n
Significant healthcare, clinical services or medical operations leadership experience
n
Proven success managing multiple sites and geographically dispersed teams
n
Strong people leadership skills with experience leading large and diverse workforces
n
The ability to influence and engage both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
n
A strategic mindset combined with a hands‐on operational approach
n
Experience driving operational improvements, service delivery outcomes and organisational performance
n
Market-competitive salary package of $180,000 - $200,000 + Super
n
