We are currently looking for Experienced Gatehouse Security Officers to assist us in providing anexceptionally high level of customer service, calm approach and ability to de-escalate situations. These qualities are critical to ensure the highest of security standards are always provided.
n
Our client is located in regional Victoria (Near - Kyneton Vic ****) and require our services 7 days a week, mornings and afternoons.
n
Duties will include but not limited to:
n
n
Screen all personnel entering and exiting secure areas
n
Access control, ensure only authorised persons are entering the site
n
Escorting contractors around the facility
n
Greet and interact professionally with all visitors and contractors
n
Conduct internal and external patrols
n
Report and record any damage, unsecured hazards, or suspicious items/activity
n
n
In order to be shortlisted, you must present with the following qualities
n
n
National Police Check (within the last 6 months)
n
Australian Citizenship (mandatory requirement)
n




Current Victoria Security License
n
Working With Children Check
n
Proven experience in - CCTV Monitoring & Access Control Systems
n
Strong incident response and emergency management experience
n
Excellent report writing and communication skills
n
High level of situational awareness and attention to detail
n
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
n
Professional, reliable, and adaptable
n
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately
n
Dedication, reliability, and commitment
n
Flexibility to work across rotating rosters
n

Level 3, SSIA Award Rates + 6%
