Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Boilermaker / Fabricator to join our workshop team.
n
As a Boilermaker / Fabricator, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing our fleet and plant equipment to ensure it remains reliable and available for operations.
n
Working as part of our workshop team, you will carry out fabrication, welding and repair work across a variety of heavy machinery and equipment. This role suits someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a hands‐on environment.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Medium to heavy fabrication of plant components, machinery and structural steel
n
Welding,



repairs and maintenance of machinery and fixed plant
n
Arc‐air gouging of major components
n
Flux‐core welding repairs on mobile equipment
n
Refurbishment and rebuild of loader and excavator buckets, truck trays, excavator booms and sticks
n
Maintain a clean and secure working environment
n
n
The Role
n
n
$40–$50 per hour + penalties + super
n
Permanent full‐time position
n
50+ hour work week
n
Company field service vehicle and tooling supplied - must have MR/LR licence
n
Work with a large fleet of civil, quarry and transport equipment
n
n
About You
n
n
Trade qualified Boilermaker / Fabricator
n
Strong welding skills (Stick & MIG essential, TIG desirable)
n
Experience working on heavy plant or quarry equipment (desirable)
n
Strong problem‐solving and fault‐finding ability
n
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
n
MR driver's licence and White Card
n
Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets advantageous
n
Willing to work remotely if required
n
