As a Centre Quality Manager, you'll partner with Centre Leadership Teams across your portfolio to strengthen operational performance, quality practice and leadership capability.

This is a multi-site leadership role based in Geelong, with regular travel across your portfolio and occasional overnight travel as required.

The Role
n
In this role, you will:
n
n
Lead and support Centre Leadership Teams across multiple sites
n
Provide operational and pedagogical leadership across your portfolio
n
Coach and mentor Centre Managers to build capability and performance
n
Drive KPIs, operational excellence and continuous improvement
n
Support quality improvement and Path to Exceeding
n
Support Assessment & Rating processes
n
Uphold child safety, quality standards and regulatory requirements
n
Build strong relationships across Journey
n




Identify opportunities to strengthen performance and consistency
n
Travel regularly across your portfolio
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for an experienced multi-site early childhood leader who combines strong operational capability with a genuine passion for pedagogical quality.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
5+ years' experience in senior early childhood or multi-site leadership
n
Experience leading and supporting multiple early learning centres
n
Strong operational, commercial and pedagogical capability
n
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, compliance and KPIs
n
Experience coaching and developing Centre Managers
n
Strong Assessment & Rating and quality improvement knowledge
n
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
A proactive, organised and accountable approach
n
A current driver's licence and ability to travel regularly
n

The Location
n
Based in Geelong, you'll support a portfolio of centres across Geelong and surrounding areas.
n
Regular travel is an important part of the role, with potential for fortnightly overnight travel depending on centre and business needs.
