About The Opportunity
n
This is a Leading Hand position, not just another set of hands on the tools.



The primary purpose of this role is to take ownership of the site: leading crews, mentoring the next generation of electricians, and keeping projects running smoothly from rough‐in through to final completion.
n
Some of your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading on-site, running your own jobs, coordinating trades, materials and workflow from start to finish
n
Mentoring and developing apprentices and junior electricians, setting the standard for quality and safety
n
Owning timelines and quality control, keeping every site organised and on track
n
Executing hands‐on electrical work across premium residential projects
n
Liaising professionally and confidently with builders, clients and suppliers
n
Travelling to work away when required by the job
n
n
About You
n
The successful candidate will have:
n
n
Minimum 5+ years of post‐trade experience in residential electrical work
n
The confidence and presence to step up, lead by example, and run a site, not just work on one
n
White Card and Full Driver's Licence
n
Own tools and professional presentation
n
Solid working knowledge of AS/NZS **** standards
n
NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded, not essential, as international licences will be considered
