As our Marketing Administrator, you will play an important role in developing and coordinating marketing and promotional activities across digital and print channels for our not-for-profit Neighbourhood House.

Your responsibilities will include:
n

Managing and scheduling social media content across relevant platforms
n
Coordinating promotional and publicity of programs using a variety of marketing mediums
n
Coordinating the development and distribution of term-based brochures
n
Monitoring and updating website content to improve engagement and user experience
n
Creating engaging flyers, posters and other promotional materials
n
Creating, editing and managing website content
n
Supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
n
Ensuring marketing materials and communications are accurate, professional and consistent with organisational branding
n




Working collaboratively with staff and stakeholders to promote programs and services effectively
n
n
Working in a small dynamic team, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional wanting to make a real impact by helping promote our programs, services and organisation.
n
Our ideal candidate will be creative, digitally savvy, highly organised and passionate about producing quality marketing content with knowledge and experience in Adobe In-design, Canva and JotForm's and demonstrates the ability to deliver effective marketing outcomes.
n
You will be a confident communicator with excellent people skills and a solid customer service focus, be highly organised, creative, proactive and able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.
