As an Underground Bogger Operator at Mungari, you'll play a critical role in keeping the mine moving, operating across development and production areas while working with a highly experienced underground team. If you take pride in operating equipment well, maintaining high standards underground and contributing to a crew that gets the job done safely, this is an opportunity to build your future with a mine that has a long runway ahead.

Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Mining Shift Supervisor, you'll:
n
n
Keep production moving by safely bogging ore and waste from development headings, stockpiles and loading locations to support the underground mining cycle.
n




Maximise equipment performance through regular inspections, identifying issues early and reporting equipment faults to minimise downtime.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and underground operating practices.
n
Lead by example when it comes to safety, following procedures, identifying hazards and maintaining strong housekeeping standards underground.

This role is a 7:7 roster FIFO from Perth or Residential from Kalgoorlie

Does this sound like you?
n
n
Minimum 5 years' underground mining experience
n
At least 2 years' experience operating underground loaders/boggers. Pref with RCT or remote experience. Experience highly regarded with Sandvik 517i series.
n
Proven commitment to safety and safe work practices in an underground environment.
n
Solid understanding of underground mine services, road maintenance and general mining operations.
n
Ability to identify hazards, follow procedures and maintain high workplace standards.
n
Sound communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
n
Mechanical aptitude and strong equipment care mindset.
n
