Join a well-established Australian manufacturer and distributor supplying premium construction products globally.
n This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business across export administration, e-commerce coordination, customer service and order processing.
n Reporting to the Export Manager, you'll play an integral role in ensuring export documentation is completed accurately, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities
n

Prepare export documentation using established templates
n
Coordinate packing lists, shipping documentation and export certifications
n
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and support export operations
n
Process customer orders
n
Coordinate online orders across Amazon, Shopify and ShipStation
n
Print dispatch documentation and support order fulfilment
n
Process orders and invoicing using MYOB
n
Provide general operational and administrative support across the business
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in operations,



administration, customer service or order processing
n
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Comfortable working across multiple systems and following established processes
n
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or ShipStation is highly regarded
n
MYOB experience is advantageous
n
A proactive and reliable team player with a hands‐on approach
n
