Ability Enterprises is seeking two experienced on Site Supervisors to work in Resource Recovery and Recycle Markets in the Toowoomba region.
n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily site operations, lead and support frontline employees, maintain high WHS standards and ensure excellent customer service.
n
About the role
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Leading and supervising frontline operational teams.
n
Coordinating daily site operations, workflow and staffing.
n
Supporting employee training, development and performance.
n
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring site compliance.
n
Managing customer enquiries and resolving operational issues.
n
Completing site inspections, records and operational reporting.
n
Supporting the safe operation of plant and equipment.
n
n
About you
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Experience supervising a frontline or operational team.
n




Robust communication, leadership and people skills.
n
A sound understanding of WHS.
n
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
A current Queensland Driver Licence.
n
First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain.
n
A current Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain.
n
Experience in waste, recycling, resource recovery, manufacturing or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.
