We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and curious Data Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about data, business intelligence, and turning complex information into actionable insights.

Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making.
n
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate key findings.
n
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business and operational data.
n
Support teams with regular performance reporting and KPI analysis.
n
Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
n
Assist with market, customer, and business performance analysis.
n
Translate data findings into clear and actionable business recommendations.
n
Collaborate with business, marketing, finance, product, and operations teams on data-related projects.
n
Maintain and update databases, reporting tools, and analytical models.
n
Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from management.
n
Monitor key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
n
Contribute to the development and improvement of data analysis processes and reporting standards.

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance,



or a related field is preferred.

Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and business intelligence concepts.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools is preferred.
n
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools is a plus.
n
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
n
Good communication and presentation skills.
n
Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
n
Strong willingness to learn current analytical tools and technologies.
n
Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are welcome to apply.
