APM continues its impactful work through theTransition to Work contract, and we're now seeking passionate individuals to join ourSutherland, NSW team.

As aYouth Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding participants toward sustainable education and employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic and purpose-driven role, you'll:

Deliver high-qualitycase management with a focus on individual goals and barriers to employment
n
Buildstrong relationships with participants, employers, and community stakeholders
n
Market clients effectively to match them with suitable employment opportunities
n
Drive performance throughKPI achievement, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
n
Collaborate with your team to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other to achieve great outcomes and drive performance
n

To Be Considered, You'll Need:

Eligibility to work in Australia

A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle is essential
n
Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check

Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
n
Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:00pm)
