Clinic Manager – Skin & Aesthetics Clinic
n
Lead the daily running of the clinic, work alongside Dr Isha and our dermal therapy team, and champion the client experience from first enquiry through to aftercare.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Oversee the daily running of the clinic, including rostering, stock management and facilities
n
Own day-to-day reception duties, including greeting clients, managing appointment bookings and handling phone/email enquiries
n
Lead, coach and manage a multidisciplinary team, building a positive, high-performance culture and supporting ongoing development
n
Manage recruitment, onboarding and performance processes
n
Ensure the clinic operates in full compliance with AHPRA requirements and relevant
cosmetic/injectables
regulations, coordinating closely with clinical staff to safeguard secure, high-quality patient care
n
Maintain rigorous infection control, consent and record-keeping standards
n
Keep policies, procedures and accreditation requirements up to date
n
Champion the Addesso client journey: personalised, educational and pressure-free, from first enquiry through to aftercare
n
Drive treatment sales, retail performance and clinic KPIs
n
Identify and lead local marketing, promotions and business development initiatives
n
About you
n
Proven experience as a Clinic Manager, Practice Manager or similar senior leadership role, ideally within aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, allied health or a related field
n




Solid understanding of AHPRA compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to cosmetic/aesthetic clinics (or a demonstrated ability to get across these quickly)
n
A track record of driving sales performance and hitting commercial targets
n
Confident, motivating people-leader with experience managing clinical and non-clinical teams
n
Excellent organisational skills and sound
commercial/financial
acumen
n
Outstanding communication skills and a genuine passion for client care
n
Proficiency with clinic management/booking software highly regarded
