We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Receptionist to join our energetic team at Bourke Street Clinic in Surry Hills, NSW. In this casual position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and healthcare providers.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and courteous manner

Efficiently managing patient bookings, arrivals and departures
n
Handling patient inquiries and providing information about our services
n
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient files
n
Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and answering phone calls
n
Ensuring the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience as a medical or healthcare receptionist, or in a similar customer service role
n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n




Proficient in using computer systems and medical software
n
A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
n
A friendly, courteous and helpful attitude, with a genuine interest in providing high-quality customer service
