About the Role

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will:

Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience.

Coordinate bookings, repair orders, and service delivery with precision and efficiency.
n
Promote and upsell additional services while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
n
Collaborate with the Service Manager and team to foster a professional and supportive workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
n
The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
n
Technical knowledge of automotive servicing is highly regarded.
n
Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Titan software.
n

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with booking and repair needs.
n
Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
n
Provide detailed explanations of service work and recommend additional options as needed.
n
Monitor and maintain accurate records, ensuring all repair orders are signed and agreed to by customers.
