This is not simply a freight booking role. We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to manage international export shipments from initial request through documentation, compliance, freight coordination, tracking and final delivery.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Managing international exports end to end
n
Coordinating Dangerous Goods, temperature sensitive and specialised shipments
n
Preparing and reviewing export and DG documentation
n
Ensuring customs, regulatory and internal compliance
n
Coordinating warehouses, freight forwarders and carriers
n
Proactively tracking shipments and managing exceptions
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in export coordination, international freight, shipping or logistics
n
Proven end to end international export experience
n
Practical Dangerous Goods experience
n
Exposure to temperature sensitive or specialised cargo
n




Strong knowledge of export documentation and compliance
n
Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses
n
Strong tracking and exception management skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n

If delivery is at risk, you act before it becomes a problem.

You take ownership of the shipment journey through to successful delivery.
