McRae Motors Wodonga is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Workshop Foreman to lead our service department.

McRae Motors Wodonga run a team of 18 technicians and apprentices and hold the KIA, Nissan, GMSV, LDV and Renault franchises.
n
Experience in diagnostics is highly desired for this role.

What you will be responsible for:
n
Leading our team is all aspects of vehicle servicing. diagnostics and workflow
n
Monitoring Technician productivity and efficiency
n
Support staff training and development
n
Ensuring targets and quality standards are achieved
n
Overseeing all jobs, paperwork and timely completion
n
Identifying opportunities and improvements in the workshop
n




Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
n
What we are looking for:
n
A leader with automotive experience to drive our team
n
Drivers licence is essential
n
People management skills and strong leadership
n
Ability to prioritize and manage and busy workshop
n
Competent computer and diagnostic skills
n
