• Manage day to day activities of electrical team inclusive of contractors.
• Ensuring all maintenance electrical works are completed in a protected manner and in compliance with established safe work procedures and systems; • Ensure minimal disruption to production through ready access to critical parts, equipment and service providers by developing and maintaining sound working relationships and having contingency plans in place.
• Provide ongoing leadership and mentoring for the Electrical team through effective use of Performance Management Systems.
• Assist to develop and maintain training and development plans for the team.
