Head of Finance — Advanced Manufacturing, International Operations Northern Suburbs, Perth, WA A well-established, privately-owned Perth manufacturer with international operations is seeking a commercially-minded Head of Finance to lead its finance function.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of financial reporting and governance, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow and treasury, multi-jurisdiction tax compliance, and team leadership — while also driving process and systems improvement in a lean, hands-on environment.
This is a genuinely broad, high-visibility role in a growing, founder-led business — ideal for someone who wants real ownership rather than being one of many in a large corporate finance team.
What you'll bring: CPA, CA or equivalent accounting qualification 8+ years' commercial finance experience,



including leading a finance function Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency environments Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting skills A hands-on approach and comfort operating in a lean, growing organisation Growth mindset is essential Highly regarded: Background in engineering, manufacturing or project-based businesses International finance experience Level is adaptable depending on the calibre of the successful candidate — Finance Manager through to Financial Controller will be considered.
