Responsibilities: Provide expert technical support for Liebherr Australia's mining aftermarket mining components for non-Liebherr machines, particularly wheel drive, drive systems hydraulic cylinders and slewing bearings, helping customers maximise equipment performance and reliability.
Support the factories with local technical expertise for wheel drive, drive systems hydraulic cylinders and slewing bearings fitted to Liebherr mining equipment Lead technical investigations, failure analysis, and root cause assessments to resolve complex component issues and prevent recurrence.




Drive remanufacturing initiatives and aftermarket solutions from a technical and commercial perspective, identifying opportunities to improve component life, availability, and customer outcomes.
Create and implement local remanufacturing and piece parts vision, business model and concrete measures to successfully ramping up the remanufacturing business with customers and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the sales, customers directly, service teams, and global engineering stakeholders to deliver practical technical solutions and product improvements.
Analyse equipment and component performance data, preparing clear recommendations that enhance reliability, efficiency, and operational results.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, confidently engaging with customers and promoting Liebherr Components products, services, and capabilities.
