Consulting Systems Engineer/Architect - AI Networking - Permanent Sydney, NSW | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) Salary may be flexible for exceptional candidates

About the Opportunity We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation seeking a Senior Consulting Systems Engineer / AI Infrastructure Architect to support enterprise customers across Australia and New Zealand.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers throughout the solution lifecycle. Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions and architecture engagements. Design and present infrastructure solutions across networking, compute, storage and AI platforms.
n
Support technical pre-sales activities and strategic customer conversations. Develop solution architectures that align with customer business objectives. Assess infrastructure readiness for AI and accelerated computing workloads.
n
Collaborate with engineering, professional services and partner teams. Create solution designs, technical documentation and customer presentations. Support proof of concepts, pilots and strategic infrastructure initiatives.
n
Provide guidance on data centre design, deployment and operational best practices.

We're Looking For 10+ years' experience in infrastructure, networking, cloud or architecture-focused positions.
n
Strong customer-facing consulting or systems engineering experience. Ability to communicate with both technical and executive stakeholders. Experience designing enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions.
n
Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities. Understanding of modern AI, cloud and infrastructure trends. Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
n
Highly Desirable Experience with AI networking technologies. Exposure to NVIDIA ecosystem technologies.
n
Experience supporting GPU clusters or AI workloads. HPC or large-scale data centre deployment experience. Enterprise solution architecture certifications.
n
Networking certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP or equivalent. Cloud certifications across AWS, Azure and/or GCP. TOGAF, CISSP or related certifications.
