Role Client Overview: A well-established and growing Australian organisation is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join a close-knit finance team.
The role will play a key part in financial reporting, controls and providing insights, with genuine scope to grow into a leadership position.
The Opportunity: Working closely with the Head of Finance and broader business, you'll take ownership of financial reporting, maintain financial integrity and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
The Role: Prepare monthly financial and statutory reporting Provide analysis and commercial insights Manage tax compliance, including BAS and FBT Oversee reconciliations and financial accuracy Lead the annual audit and liaise with external auditors Drive process and finance improvements About You:



CA/CPA qualified with experience in a similar accounting role Strong financial reporting and month-end experience Solid communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders Emerging leadership capability High attention to detail, with accuracy critical in all aspects of work Advanced Excel skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment What Next?
