Job Description As the Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing a suite of enterprise applications, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Finance Operations (F O), Power Platform solutions and associated customer-facing systems.
Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you will drive continuous improvement and help shape the future direction of critical digital platforms.Key Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise applications.
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes and support digital transformation initiatives.
Identify opportunities to maximise existing Dynamics 365 functionality before pursuing custom solutions.
Support the ongoing optimisation, enhancement and governance of customer-facing digital platforms.
Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to investigate issues, evaluate solutions and deliver business outcomes.
Develop business cases, process maps, functional specifications and other analysis artefacts.
Support system upgrades, releases, testing and change initiatives across the enterprise application landscape.




Conduct root cause analysis and recommend sustainable business and technology improvements.
Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to the uplift of business analysis capability across the organisation.
The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Business Analyst should have: Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large and complex environments.
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environments.
Exposure to Dynamics 365 Finance Operations (F O) and associated enterprise systems.
Experience across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages.
Solid requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation capabilities.
Experience supporting application enhancement, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
The ability to confidently influence stakeholders and navigate complex business challenges.
Previous experience within government, highly regulated or customer-centric environments will be highly regarded What's on Offer Competitive daily rate between AUD 115 and AUD 125.
