4-6 week temporary assignment About Our Client We're looking for a capable and organised Administrator / Executive Support professional to provide short-term support to a busy senior executive and wider leadership team.
This is a practical, hands-on opportunity for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing a range of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You don't need to have years of EA experience for this role.
We'd be open to someone from a robust administration, office coordination, team support or junior PA/EA background who is confident, proactive and can pick things up quickly.
Job Description About the roleYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Diary and calendar management Coordinating meetings and appointments Preparing documents and correspondence General administration and executive support Assisting with meeting and Board requirements Managing emails and follow-ups Handling confidential information appropriately Helping with ad hoc requests as they arise Keeping things organised and moving The Successful Applicant AWe're looking for someone who is: Highly organised and reliable Confident and professional in their communication Comfortable dealing with different people across a business Proactive and willing to get involved Able to manage competing priorities Comfortable using initiative Discreet when dealing with confidential information Flexible and happy to respond to last-minute requests This could suit someone with experience in administration, office coordination, team support, PA/EA support or a similar role who is looking for a short-term opportunity.
