You'll lead a team of 6 to 8, own the full store experience, and be the driving force behind sales, service, and visual standards.
About the role Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll take full ownership of store operations.
You'll coach and mentor your team to hit their potential, keep a close eye on the numbers, and bring the brand to life through outstanding customer experience and VM execution.
What you'll do Own the pulse of the store and lead with a customer first mindset Coach, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their full potential Drive weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and KPI targets Oversee rostering, wage management, and store expenses in line with targets Manage stock health, deliveries, transfers,
