$140,000-$160,000 + Company Car + Super About the Role An opportunity is available for an experienced Business Manager / Operations Manager to join a well-established national security services business.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will oversee the operational and commercial delivery of security services across a portfolio of high-profile and high-net-worth clients, while leading security personnel and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Benefits $140k - $160k + Super (negotiable on experience) Fully maintained company vehicle Senior position reporting directly to the Head of Operations Manage a high-profile portfolio of clients Established national security organisation Autonomous operational and client management role Duties Manage security operations across a portfolio of key clients Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Lead Security Officers, Supervisors and operational personnel Oversee rostering, workforce planning and service delivery Manage incidents, complaints and operational escalations Monitor labour utilisation and commercial performance Maintain SOPs, reporting and security compliance Recruit,



coach and performance-manage operational staff Skills Experience Experience as a Business Manager, Operations Manager, Security Operations Manager or similar Strong commercial security, guarding or protective services background Military or Police Force background (highly desirable) Operational and commercial understanding of security services Experience managing high-profile, HNW, VIP or sensitive clients (advantageous) Proven leadership of operational security teams Excellent client and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of security compliance, risk and SOPs About the Company An established Australian security services provider with a significant operational workforce and robust reputation for delivering professional security solutions across high-profile and sensitive environments.
