About the Role The Care Manager plays a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership, coaching, and support in clinical best practice and compliance Guide team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practice Maintain and action the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI) Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP) Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented Support excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluation Ensure all documentation meets policy, legislative, and privacy standards What You'll Bring:
