This role is essential in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management.
Coordinate and schedule service and repair bookings Prepare and process job cards, invoices, and service documentation Liaise with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and quotations Maintain accurate service records and workshop data Assist in parts ordering and inventory coordination Support the workshop team with administrative tasks Support parts administration when required, including invoicing, customer enquiries, stock processes, and supplier paperwork Provide general office and branch administration support About you: Previous experience in an administrative,



parts or service role Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Positive computer skills (experience with workshop management systems is an advantage) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Why join us?
