The business is looking for a Senior Project Engineer who wants to take on greater responsibility, work across significant civil projects and continue progressing towards Project Management.
With capability spanning civil construction, structural concreting and large-scale landscaping, you will join a team where people are supported to develop and given opportunities as the business grows.
The Role As Senior Project Engineer, you will take a leading role across the technical and operational delivery of civil projects while working closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams.
Key responsibilities include: Leading engineering activities across all stages of project delivery Coordinating site teams, subcontractors,



consultants and suppliers Managing project programmes and supporting commercial outcomes Ensuring compliance with design, specifications and safety requirements Driving quality assurance and WHS processes Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery partners Supporting and mentoring junior engineering team members Taking on increasing project responsibility as you progress towards Project Management The Like Mind We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer who is ready for greater ownership and wants to see a clear next step in their career.
