The Opportunity

An opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial builder delivering a $30m+ large format retail and fuel station development in Beerwah.
n
This is a long-running, multi-stage project with multiple tenancies, offering genuine stability and the chance to own the role end-to-end as the sole CA on site – from procurement through to delivery.
n
Ideal for someone looking to base themselves permanently on the Sunshine Coast, this role lets you step away from Brisbane travel while still working on a complex, high-quality commercial build.

You'll be supported by a fully resourced site team, with a strong delivery pipeline in place well beyond this project.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Sole Contract Administrator on a $30m+ Beerwah project
n
Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration
n
Preparing and assessing progress claims and variations
n
Cost reporting and budget management
n
Working closely with the Project Manager and site team to drive delivery
n
Supporting a multi-stage development with fuel stations, retail tenancies and civil works
n
n
What You'll Bring

Previous CA experience on industrial or large format retail projects
n
Confidence to run your own package with minimal hand-holding
n
Good employment tenure and a desire for long-term stability
