As the business scales, they're looking to bring on a senior HSEQ Manager to build their safety and compliance function from the ground up.
The Role Standalone, senior HSEQ Manager position reporting directly to the owners.
You'll own HSEQ strategy and delivery end to end — there's currently no formal OHS system in place, so this is a genuine opportunity to build one, not maintain an existing framework.
What You'll Be Doing Building out OHS systems, policies and procedures, and leading the business toward formal accreditation Working hands-on in the Hastings workshop with the team, covering SWMS, machine guarding, isolation procedures, PPE and housekeeping Visiting active sites across Bendigo, Ballarat, Dandenong and Hastings — toolbox talks,



hazard inspections, near-miss reviews, plant safety audits Contributing to tender processes and compliance documentation as the role develops Approx.
