The Opportunity Initial 6-month contract with potential for extension ***** hours per week , ideally across 3-5 days Based in Kewdale Sole responsibility for recruitment across the business Variety of blue and white-collar recruitment assignments Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational and corporate positions Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for frontline roles Recruit for white-collar functions including operations, sales, finance and administration Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice Build talent pipelines and attraction strategies to support future hiring needs Review and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and candidate experience Create sustainable talent pools for hard-to-fill operational positions About You Previous experience working as an Internal Recruiter,



Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Advisor Strong end-to-end recruitment capability across multiple disciplines Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment activity Comfortable working autonomously and driving outcomes independently Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience within transport, logistics, manufacturing, industrial, resources or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded Available to work on a part-time contract basis What's on Offer?
