An international firm looking to expand it's already existing Australia team in hiring multiple Senior Consultants, Lead Consultants (Managers), and Principal Consultants.
The firm are looking for individuals who can drive / lead transformation programs and work streams to deliver measurable outcomes.
You'll lead where the real work happens — on the ground, shoulder‐to‐shoulder with clients — designing solutions that shift performance and embed lasting change.

What the role entails: Leading workstreams delivering measurable value, from diagnostic through implementation, directly shaping program outcomes.
Reviewing and refining workstream designs created by Principal Consultants or Business Managers to ensure alignment with client goals.




Embedding governance and KPIs that drive continuous progress review and sustainable delivery.
Building trusted client relationships across frontline and senior stakeholders to remove blockers and accelerate impact.
Lead Consultants will be managing a small consulting team (up to four consultants) through advanced analysis, modelling, and prospect identification.
Ideal candidate background: Experience delivering operational transformation across sectors such as defence, infrastructure, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, or government.
Minimum 2 years of consulting experience driving strategy and transformation.
Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes with a track record of improvement projects worth millions.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with resilience in navigating complex environments.
For Lead / Principal Consultants: Leadership of small, multi‐disciplinary teams with a collaborative, feedback‐driven mindset.
