The Role
n
We are looking for a passionate and commercially driven Part-Time Concession Manager to lead our Review concession at Myer Pacific Fair.
n
Working 30 hours per week across a Tuesday–Saturday roster, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience and creating a high-performing team culture within the concession.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who loves fashion, styling and developing people. You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the concession, coach and inspire your team, build strong customer relationships and ensure the Review brand is represented beautifully at all times.
n
Importantly, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a Dual-Site Manager position, providing the chance to take on greater responsibility and oversee multiple Review locations as your experience and performance develop.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Take ownership of the concession's daily operations, ensuring it is commercially strong, organised and presented to Review standards.
n
Drive sales performance through strong floor leadership, styling expertise and a customer-first approach.
n




Build genuine relationships with customers and deliver personalised styling advice to create memorable shopping experiences.
n
Recruit, train and develop team members, building product knowledge, confidence and capability.
n
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to maximise results.
n
Manage stock levels, replenishment, transfers and concession organisation.
n
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and ensure the Review brand presentation is consistently on point.
n
Work collaboratively with Myer management and the broader Review team to maximise the performance of the concession.
n
Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team setting.
n
Take initiative, solve problems and continuously look for ways to improve the customer and team experience.
n
Demonstrate the potential to take on additional responsibility and progress towards a Dual-Site Manager opportunity.

About You
n
You are a confident and enthusiastic retail leader who loves fashion and thrives on achieving results through your team.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous retail leadership or management experience, preferably within fashion.
n
A strong passion for customer service, styling and creating exceptional shopping experiences.
n
A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
n
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team.
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to driving sales.
n
Strong organisation and time-management skills.
n
A keen eye for styling, visual merchandising and attention to detail.
n
The ability to work independently while building strong relationships with the Myer and Review teams.
n
