We are seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd Class Welder to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role involves MIG welding, light fabrication, assembly work, and riveting as required. The successful candidate will be safety-focused, take pride in quality workmanship, and be able to work effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding to a high standard.
n
Carry out light fabrication and assembly tasks.
n
Complete riveting operations as required.
n
Read and interpret basic workshop drawings and job sheets.
n
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
n
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
n
Assist with general workshop duties as required.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous welding experience.
n
Experience with light fabrication and sheet metal work desirable.
n
willingness to learn.
n
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
