We are seeking an experienced and reliable Retail Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Your role • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the store and ensure smooth business operations • Manage and supervise retail staff, including rostering, training and performance management • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability • Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control to minimise shortages and wastage • Ensure the store is presented to a high standard at all times • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and company policies • Assist with budgeting,
