The Trades Assistant - Workshop will be responsible for assisting qualified Trades People deliver safe, efficient and compliant repair, maintenance and component replacement services to the Division's customer base.
Responsibilities Assisting qualified Trades people, including but not limited to : Using basic hand and power tools Assembly / disassembly of parts and components Strip, clean and assess parts and components Basic administrative tasks Operate plant and mobile equipment Drop off and collection of components Maintain a very high standard of housekeeping at all times Competencies Ability to operate lifting equipment High Risk Licence LF, DG (essential) Previous mining industry experience Literacy and numeracy skills Experience in using hand tools Good customer service skills Able to work independently and have a demonstrated commitment to quality Current drivers licence Generous employee advantages, including:
