Part-Time Administration & Executive Support

Working closely with our Director, you will help keep the day-to-day administration of the business organised and running smoothly.
n
Key responsibilities
n

Managing and organising the Director's calendar and appointments
n
Managing and coordinating general communications
n
Sending follow-up emails and correspondence to customers and clients
n
Preparing and organising documents for client signature and payment
n
Answering and managing incoming phone calls
n
Maintaining organised client and business documentation
n
Following up outstanding administrative matters
n
Providing general administrative support to the Director and wider team
n

Highly organised and able to stay on top of multiple tasks
n
Efficient and productive during your working hours
n
Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of administrative tasks
n
A strong problem solver who can work things out independently
n
A confident and professional communicatorComfortable communicating in written and spoken English
n
Reliable, detail-oriented and good at following through
n
Comfortable working closely with a Director in a busy professional workplace
n
Previous administration or executive support experience would be highly regarded
n
Microsoft Office knowledge is essential
n
Experience with Xero and AI tools is a bonus, but training will be provided
n
Approximately 20 hours per week
