Job description Brisbane CBD | Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH 6-month assignment | Potential extension or permanency We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Development Coordinator to join a customer-focused team within a large and established Brisbane CBD based organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement and systems expertise , with a strong understanding of how technology can improve customer experiences and business efficiency.
Importantly, strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly the Customer Experience module, is highly desirable and will be a key consideration for this role.
About the role Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience, you will play a key role in identifying and delivering improvements across customer-facing processes, systems and operations.
You will act as a change champion, customer advocate and subject matter expert, working collaboratively across commercial, customer, credit, distribution, marketing, operations, logistics, IT and business systems teams.
Key responsibilities will include: Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, processes and business efficiency.
Lead and coordinate customer experience improvement projects from concept through to completion.
Use continuous improvement methodologies to optimise order, contract, stock and operational processes.
Provide insights and recommendations that support customer satisfaction, business growth and operational efficiency.
Act as a customer advocate, bringing customer feedback, needs and opportunities back into the wider business.
Coordinate and support change management activities, helping teams navigate process and system changes effectively.
Support systems testing and contribute specialist knowledge as a subject matter expert.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business functions and levels.
Present project updates, improvement initiatives and recommendations to relevant teams.
Contribute to learning, development and capability uplift within the customer experience function.
Provide transactional support to the customer team when required.
About you You will be a proactive and commercially minded professional who enjoys identifying problems, finding practical solutions and turning improvement opportunities into measurable outcomes.
To be successful, you will bring: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly the Customer Experience module – this is essential to the role.
At least three years' experience in a comparable process improvement, customer experience, systems or business improvement role within a large organisation.
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects and delivering process improvements.
Robust change management capability and confidence supporting teams through business and system changes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, relationship management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and provide meaningful insights.
A customer-centric approach and a genuine interest in improving customer experiences.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively across a broad stakeholder group.
