WYNCO Recruitment has been exclusively engaged by a highly regarded Tier 2 builder to appoint a proven Construction Manager to lead its Queensland project delivery function.

With multiple live projects across Brisbane and a solid pipeline of future work, this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of project performance, lead high-calibre delivery teams and play a major role in the continued growth of the Queensland business.

This is not a single-project role.
n
You will oversee a portfolio of projects and work closely with senior leadership to ensure every project is delivered safely, commercially and to an exceptional standard.

The Role
n
n
Lead and oversee multiple live projects across Queensland
n
Manage and mentor Project Managers, Site Managers and Contract Administrators
n
Drive performance across programme, cost, quality and safety
n
Maintain strong commercial and contractual oversight
n
Review construction methodology, procurement, resourcing and project strategy
n
Identify project risk early and drive practical solutions
n




Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
Support pre-construction, mobilisation and future project delivery
n
Help shape and grow the Queensland construction operation
n
n
Experience across commercial, high-end residential, mixed-use, hotels or other complex building projects will be highly regarded.
