This is not a typical property law role. Join a specialist in-house legal team where law, strategy, public policy and major commercial decisions intersect. Working alongside a highly regarded team of eight lawyers, you'll advise on matters that influence property ownership, economic activity and critical decisions across the state.

What you'll be doing:

Advising on complex property and titling matters.
n
Working across commercial, corporate and regulatory issues.
n
Supporting litigation and dispute management.
n
Contributing to strategic projects and industry reform initiatives.
n
Engaging with government, industry leaders and senior decision-makers on matters of significance.
n
n
You'll join a collaborative and highly respected legal team led by experienced lawyers who are recognised experts in their field.
n
We'd love to hear from lawyers who have:
n
n
Experience in property law, conveyancing, land titles, succession law or a related practice area.
n
An understanding of Torrens title principles and the Queensland land titling system.
n
Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework supporting eConveyancing and property transactions.
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent drafting and stakeholder management capability.
n
Curiosity, commercial judgement and a genuine interest in complex legal issues.
n
