Vocus Group in Melbourne CBD is seeking a T2 Engineer in the Service Operations OCC to ensure delivery of operational tasks, monitor, log, diagnose, and resolve tickets during shifts.
The role operates 24/7 on a rotating roster, with emphasis on voice technologies, incident management, security, and documentation.
You will work with GenBand/BroadSoft platforms and VOIP protocols (SIP/RTP), supporting ISDN/ISUP/SS7, and contributing to service levels and customer experience.
