Role Overview
This is aSenior Enterprise Services Sales rolefocused on sellingenterprise transformation services, specifically in:
HCM transformation programs
Payroll transformation initiatives
Financial systems transformation
Important:This role isnot focused on ERP infrastructure or technology stack sales.
The emphasis is onconsulting-led enterprise transformation services delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drivenew enterprise logo acquisitionacross the Australian market
Lead sales initiatives forHCM, Payroll, and Financial transformation services
Build and maintain relationships withC-suite executives, including CHROs, CFOs, HR Directors, and Finance Leaders
Collaborate withWorkday, SAP,



and Oracle ecosystem partnersfor strategic co-selling opportunities
Leadlarge-scale enterprise deal pursuits and multi-year transformation engagements
Manage complexenterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
Position transformation services that delivermeasurable business value and operational improvements
Required Experience
Candidates should have strong experience sellingenterprise transformation servicesrelated to HR and finance platforms, including:
Workday
SAP SuccessFactors
Oracle HCM
Oracle Financials
NetSuite
PeopleSoft
Australian payroll services
Candidates should also bringprior experience as a technical or functional consultantwithin one or more of these enterprise platforms.

Proven experience sellingenterprise transformation services (not software licenses)
Demonstrated success closinglarge multi-year enterprise services engagements
A strong professional network acrossCHROs, CFOs, HR Directors, and Finance Leaders
Extensive experience within theAustralian enterprise market
Ahunter mindset, focused on winning current enterprise clients
Knowledge ofAustralian payroll frameworks, industrial relations (IR), and award interpretation
