As the Assistant Property Operations Manager, you will assist in the management of company-owned accommodation and facilities while delivering exceptional service to our team members. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys administration as much as being out on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
n
Assist with the day-to-day management of employee accommodation and company properties.
n
Conduct room inspections and ensure accommodation is maintained to a high standard.
n
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and internal departments.
n
Support employee check-ins, check-outs and room allocations.
n
Maintain accurate property records, inventories and documentation.
n
Assist with rental administration and accommodation agreements.
n
Monitor cleanliness, safety and compliance across accommodation facilities.
n
Coordinate housekeeping requirements for vacant rooms and common areas.
n
Support property improvement projects and preventative maintenance programs.
n
Provide outstanding customer service to employees and guests where required.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in property management, accommodation, hospitality or facilities management.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
n
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

A current driver's licence (desirable).
n
A positive, flexible and can-do attitude.
