JBS Brooklyn Plant in Victoria is seeking a Senior Beef Supervisor to lead hands-on operations in boning rooms and harvest floors, ensuring safety, quality and animal welfare while driving productivity.
You will mentor the Beef team, implement improvements and report on performance metrics.
You will oversee daily operations, coordinate shift activities with the Beef Shift Manager, maintain records, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with other departments to optimise workflow
